On-call service

Objective
Furrer+Frey’s on-call service is available in Switzerland in case of overhead contact line failures. In general, personnel can be expected to be on site within 4 to 6 hours.
 

Contact
On weekdays:
During office hours (07.30 – 12.00 and 13.00 – 17.00):
Call our Telephone exchange (+41 31 357 61 11). They will get you in touch with your accustomed contact person or the scheduler.
On weekends and public holidays:
Call the scheduler under the number +41 79 206 22 21. He will coordinate the works.
 

On-call fee
The services rendered will be charged according to the usual tariff, adding an on-call fee of CHF 2000.
