Installation training 2022
Our family company provides plenty of scope for team spirit and personal development. We see internal training and employee development as crucial building blocks for any career.
The second round of the annual installation training successfully took place and fully embodied our motto of better together. The topics of collaboration, workflows, communication, leadership and team building took centre stage.
The in-house training infrastructure at our workshop and warehouse in Thun-Gwatt is also a big plus. But we don’t just stop at training our own employees – we also provide professional installation training for our customers.
