But first, a little culture shock: On our careers page we’re on first-name terms, but as soon as things get serious – i.e. in the application process – things turn a little more formal, and we switch to surnames. A charming quirk of ours that will hopefully make you smile too.

Patience is a virtue

Now it’s time for you to relax a little. We’ll take time to have a good look at your documents – up to ten working days altogether. Even when we say, “Take it easy,” we know that waiting is easier said than done. Thank you for your patience!

Unknown number? Don’t hesitate to take the call – it could be the start of a new chapter for you. It might be Marcela Lombraña or Piera Trachsel from our HR team, looking forward to arranging an appointment with you for our first interview, so we can get to know you better.

The first interview

What can you expect? Here, we’ll focus on getting to know each other. You’ll meet your future boss, together with a member of our HR team. You can expect us to spend an hour getting to know each other, giving you an impression of the job, and talking about salary matters. In general, it’s a chance to find out if the chemistry is right.

We’ve just spent time together getting to know each other, and you’ve had an insight into your possible future with us. Now it’s your turn: take a moment. Sleep on it. Does it feel right for you? And we’ll do the same, by the way. When you’re ready, send us an e-mail and let us know if you’d like to continue on this journey with us. This will help us to plan the next step.
