New rigid overhead conductor rail in the Vereina tunnel and RhB loading stations

We have replaced the existing catenary system in the Vereina Tunnel and at the RhB loading stations with a rigid overhead conductor rail system. The retrofit was carried out under live operating conditions - exclusively during nightly closures.

Electrification in the foothills of the Himalayas – completion of major infrastructure project in India

Together with a local project partner, we have successfully completed the electrification of the Katra–Dharam section in the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. The 82-kilometre route is part of the USBRL (Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Rail Link) corridor, which connects the Kashmir region to the national railway network.
