Our train preconditioning systems supply parked trains with electrical energy so that the climate in the wagons can be prepared to suit the conditions. An external power supply is used as an alternative to the overhead line supply, eliminating the need for a traction unit with pantograph. The system can of course also be used for maintenance work to supply the train with power even when the pantograph is lowered. Train preconditioning systems ensure the heating or cooling of passenger trains at any time of year, even without a traction unit connected.
